We’re living in an age of digital identity. Any platform that processes children’s data – including social media, gaming, and streaming messaging apps – is legally obliged to know the ages of its users. Companies are also required to obtain consent from parents to process the data of younger children.
But for many industry leaders, accurate age verification is an unsolvable problem. The technical conundrum? How to verify age in a privacy-preserving way. The GTM challenge for TrustElevate was how to deliver their products and services into the arms of the big techs and companies spanning multiple industries. They landed on Microsoft Azure Marketplace as the perfect platform to do that. It would enable the company to leverage a vast network of existing resellers already embedded in organizations where their RegTech could have the most impact. But to do that effectively requires expertise in listing and exposing their offer to the right resellers.
And that’s where WeTransact came in.

Right now, they’re looking at next steps and potential opportunities. The next goal is to scale the business, maximize their presence, and optimize their horizontal reach in order to become a recognized global Microsoft ISV.
Achieving those goals involves forming the right relationships and offering the right level of commission to incentivize sales. It also means reaching out to key governmental and nongovernmental organizations in new markets to activate privacy-preserving verifications.
